After several years of efforts,Xinwanxing has formed a technical team combining R&D 、production and quality control with the former aviation industry technicians as the backbone.Now there are 288 employees,include 123 professional engineers,accounting for 42.7% of the total staff.

We sent out 90 person for different training （including production process、quality control、composites producing、equipment management、production management) which lasted 6-12 months.With the careful training of experts,all of them obtained the operation qualification, improved their skills.
